He is very professional, does not use hard sell tactics and was very knowledgeable about the homes and neighborhood we were in. He has sold many homes and his experience and depth of knowledge about real estate sales allowed him to quickly deal with issues that arose and make the transaction flow smoothly from beginning to end. I would use him again and I highly recommend him.

Besides the usual knowledge of the real estate transaction process, Robert played a critical role in ensuring objectiveness through the process amidst delays in funding and close of escrow. It was a arduous process involving lender, title, escrow as well as pending litigations. Robert helped keep emotions under control and professionally worked with all stakeholders to help close the transaction.

I came to know Robert Graf in 1998 when we moved to the neighborhood in Northridge, CA. His name was seen more than any other agent on the “For Sale” signs posted on properties. I also came to experience, in person, how active and available he was to serve the Community. I did several fund raising garage sales and Robert Graf offered his time and put up Garage sale signs and came back to collect them and he did it for other neighbors as well. Last year he started a neighborhood garage sale in our area, bringing stationary, price tags, and etc, putting up signs, and during the day he stopped by every house that had garage sale to say hi and brought donuts. When we decided to move out of state this year, we contacted him to sell two properties for us, our house and a rental property. He guided us, patiently explaining the market, and professionally explaining all we needed to be informed about in regards to price, presentation, value, and etc. He was always available to take our calls, answer questions, respond to our messages. He did more and beyond many agents do in listing and presenting a property. On the day that he brought in a professional photographer, we were not home and there was unwanted stuff left on the sidewalk, he personally got to work and moved it. We received calls within minutes the house was listed and received offers on the very first day of listing. We received multiple offers the next two days at the open house, over our listing price. Escrow opened in a week from listing. Above all, we got to witness his faith in action. His honesty, prayers, hard work. Fairness and honesty with both sides, the side he represents and the other side of the transaction, both the buyer and seller. We appreciate and respect him, his proficiency, commitment, his work and highly recommend him.
We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Robert Graf. We were empty nesters downsizing into a smaller house. Housing market for smaller houses were very competitive with first time buyers and investors alike usually ending up in bidding war. After multiple offers on potential houses which were outbid, we asked for his help. He’s a God sent! From before we ever put in an offer, he took the time to listen, advice, and re-educate us in current real estate market so we were well prepared. He is honest and knowledgeable, and he really helped us through the whole process to take the pressure off of us. Once we found the house, Robert went to work. He knew exactly what the selling agent wants from the potential buyers, and helped us navigate through the minefield. Robert took charge of the negotiation, and even suggesting that we write a letter to the sellers to explain why we thought they should choose us. It was an unconventional approach but it worked and we thank him for that every day! If we ever have friends looking for homes or thinking about selling, we won’t hesitate to recommend Robert to them!
